There I met Jim and Kathy. They were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Both were the type of people that you feel you have known all your life. I left there with a Gorilla 6.4’x12’ Dovetail Trailer Single Axle with a 3500 lb. axle, which is exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. All in all this was a great experience and they actually gave me fresh baked cookies and a bottle of water for my return trip home. I call that service after the sale. I have tried the trailer out and it does all that I expected. It tracks well, pulls well and believe it or not it was actually very quiet on all the twisty roads I took on the way home. Over all dealing with DG Trailer Sales was a great experience and I think anyone else would have the same experience.

Based on my preferences, Jim showed me trailers from 3 different manufacturers, and went into great detail on their features and capabilities. He answered each and every question that I had on the equipment, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Kathy was quick and efficient on the administrative and sales side, and she also provided helpful advice. FYI - the cookies she provided as a snack on the road were delicious! They followed up the sale with a thank you text, which was greatly appreciated. The prices on the trailers were also better than any other place I researched.
